BJC School Outreach and Youth Development programs are designed to meet Missouri and Illinois academic health standards. Students learn through discussion and interactive teaching by trained health professionals. Pre- and post-tests are administered with a comprehensive report for each program.

Social networking, texting, and messaging are common pastimes in the lives of middle school students. As technology develops, so does the opportunity to teach students digital safety - how to connect with others in safe and meaningful ways.

Developed for middle school students, this program includes four 45-minute sessions. ConneXtions helps students to foster social intelligence, use assertive communication, make responsible decisions about information sharing, and preserve overall body health when using digital communication.
