safety: intentional and unintentional injuries

Injury and violence are the leading cause of death among youth 5–19: motor vehicle crashes (31 percent of all deaths), all other unintentional injuries (12 percent), homicide (15 percent), and suicide (12 percent). Highly associated with these injuries are adolescent behaviors such as physical fights, carrying weapons and not using seatbelts.

Let’s stop the violence before it begins.
