Program Overview

Adolescence is a period of uncertainty, confusion, and conflict as well as excitement, challenge and tremendous growth. In this time of transition from childhood to adulthood, teenagers are forming their own identity inclusive of their sexual identity. Teens are faced with many influences that impact their decisions regarding sexual behavior. There is no mistaking the importance of teaching youth how to make healthy decisions about their relationships and sexuality. Heart 2 Heart, an abstinence-based sexuality program, can empower students by providing education and resources for making the best decisions concerning sexual health.
